Our Process
Meet & Agree – This is the starting stage where we meet in the space that needs to be designed. We try to understand you as a person. Initial discussion is usually about big ideas that will drive the whole project. Our experts will get as many details as possible, while taking measurements. We talk about potential designs and also take in any ideas that you may have. Among the most important things, we discuss about the type of design required, the timelines and the budget involved.
Concept Idea – Based on the initial discussion, our experts will then draw and document various designs that fit the budget and the timeline and the customer’s taste. We then provide you the various options and discuss each one in detail. Based on feedback, there might be changes too. The chosen design is then fixed and the project proceeds based on this. There is still space for adjustments at this stage. You can rest assure that all designs will conform to any standards and regulations.
Design Plan – Based on the previous steps, we then proceed with the chose design concept. Our experts will provide detailed design sketches, documents and multiple drawings. The design will also specify the materials, the timelines, elecations and sections that the execution team will use. The plan will also contain the cost and the plan of execution. At this stage, any changes should be very minimal. More significant alterations can still be accommodated but may need to be discussed.
Build Execute – With the detailed design in place and having committed to a timeline and budget, we then begin with the exeuction of the project. You can sit back and rest assured that you will get the interiors to make up your space. Our clients are always welcome to visit the project site and see the undergoing work for themselves, and provide any comments, suggestions and feedback. We are open to incorporating any suggestions so long as it does not impact the overall project. After all, we strive every moment for customer delight !
